Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Delivery takes up to 10 working days from dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner.
Rootvo products are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partner. This keeps our prices lower than they would otherwise be, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a next-day service. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you after you've ordered.

Duties and import charges
All prices shown at checkout include UK VAT. There are no additional import charges or customs fees to pay on delivery.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email support@rootvo.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong or damaged items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to return anything.
