These terms apply to your use of rootvo.com and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — that's when the contract between us is formed.
We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we're unable to obtain payment.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling.
Products
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They're intended to support scalp and hair care as part of a normal routine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Always read the label before use. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, don't use the product. If irritation occurs, stop using it and contact a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary.
Delivery and returns

Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
Your consumer rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. For more information, contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.

The content on rootvo.com — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you're resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Online dispute resolution
If we can't resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service. Email support@rootvo.com and we'll do our best to sort things out directly first.
